Interest only:
Interest only mortgage are availiable but normally for a period of up to 5 years maximum, however we now have a 30 years interest only product with one of the main banks!!! This is a not to be missed product.
Repayment:
Maximum form of 30 years, usually first 6/12 month fixed, then tied into EURIBOR (Europes Base Rate). We prefer to use EURIBOR as it is usually lower then the other Base Rate (iRPH), but we will advise what is best for you at all times.
